Udine

In  Udine, easily accessible from the main regional routes, with ample and convenient parking, the Congress Center offers meeting rooms with capacities ranging from 15 to 100 seats.

The spaces, free of structural barriers, can be customized to meet specific company needs and provide free Wi-Fi connectivity for all guests.

They are not just suitable for training sessions but also for meetings, conferences, interviews, it includes private rooms for confidential meetings.
Conference Room

A spacious room that can accommodate up to 100 guests in theater-style seating. Illuminated with natural light, the room can be divided into two separate rooms with 50 seats each in theater-style seating. The setup can be customized according to the event's requirements.

The room is equipped with dual screens with two ceiling projectors, a sound system, 6 table microphones, and one portable microphone.

Room R3

A room set up with 20 classroom-style desks.

Illuminated with natural light, the room is equipped with a Smart board, movable whiteboard, wall-mounted whiteboard, ceiling-mounted video projector, and screen.

Room R4

An ideal room for meetings, interviews, and team training, set up with an imperial table with 10 workstations.

The room is equipped with a monitor for presentations.

Amaro

In Amaro, in the heart of the Carnia Industrial Park, the site offers training rooms, meeting spaces, and event venues for 15 to 122 guests.
Classroom A

The room is equipped with a ceiling-mounted video projector, a projection screen, and a movable whiteboard.

The classroom is suitable for training events with a maximum of 15 people.

Classroom B

The room is equipped with a ceiling-mounted video projector, a projection screen, and a movable whiteboard.

The classroom is suitable for training events with a maximum of 15 people.

Conference Room

The room is equipped with a screen for video projections and a ceiling-mounted video projector. It has an audio distribution system with 3 table microphones and one wireless microphone, and it can accommodate up to 122 guests.

The room also has a movable whiteboard and a simultaneous translation system consisting of 2 translator booths with 2 interpreter stations for each booth.

Meeting room

The room is equipped with a portable video projector, a projection screen, and a movable whiteboard.

The room can accommodate up to 15 people and is suitable for presentations and internal meetings.
