Startup Academy

A training and experience-sharing program designed by TEC4I FVG to support younger companies by sharing skills, experiences, and opportunities.

Startups operating in the innovation sectors offer young professionals opportunities, and to established companies, new ideas and solutions in a virtuous process of "open innovation." However, enthusiasm and technological skills alone are not enough to guarantee the success of entrepreneurial initiatives. Young businesses need support to grow and compete.

Challenge
  • To stimulate young businesses in the region to adopt a new way of seeing and interpreting their business, the competitive context, and their relationship with potential investors
  • To increase the knowledge and skills necessary to conduct market analysis and develop a solid business plan
  • To create a convincing dossier capable of attracting investors and business partners
  • To refine the ability to present oneself (Pitching).
Solution

The entrepreneurial training program is structured in two phases:

  • Structured classroom training in four modules (28 hours), enriched with insights from entrepreneurs and managers.
  • A subsequent phase of individual mentoring (2 months). Throughout the entire training program, young businesses will be supported by mentors.

The second edition is scheduled for October 2023.
