On Wednesday, 4 February 2026, the Transferability Conference took place in Stuttgart, a joint event promoted by eight European projects, including Capacity2Transform, of which TEC4I FVG is a partner, focusing on sustainability and skills development to support traditional businesses and cultural and creative enterprises.
The conference brought together more than 120 participants from across Central Europe, including companies, cultural organizations, stakeholders, policy makers, and representatives of European projects. It served as an important opportunity to discuss the results achieved so far and the future perspectives of the initiatives that have been launched.
During the day, representatives of the eight projects presented the models, tools, and approaches they developed, illustrating how these initiatives have supported companies and organizations in their growth paths by strengthening their skills, operational capacities, and awareness of the green, digital, and creative transitions. The contributions highlighted not only the impacts achieved but also the transferability potential of the results to other territorial and sectoral contexts.
During the programme, Claudia Baracchini, representing TEC4I FVG, moderated one of the discussion panels, contributing to highlight the experiences that emerged and to connect the project results with the concrete needs of companies and stakeholders.
The conference fostered direct dialogue between projects, end beneficiaries, and public decision-makers, reinforcing reflections on how to ensure continuity, impact, and legacy beyond the duration of individual projects, while emphasizing the strategic role of skills as a driver of sustainable development.
During the conference, TEC4I FVG presented initiatives currently active in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region focusing on sustainability and support for cultural and creative enterprises, contributing to the European exchange by sharing regional experiences.
The participation also highlighted the role of the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia and ENAIP Friuli Venezia Giulia, both associated partners of the Capacity2Transform project.
Special thanks go to Steinbeis Europa Zentrum for organizing the conference and coordinating the initiative, to the Baden-Württemberg Region for hosting the event, and to the policy makers included in the programme, whose contributions enriched the discussion and strengthened the dialogue between project results, businesses, and public policies.
